Your Business Should Support
Your Life—Not Consume It.

Build the Business. Protect the Woman.

A live workshop for women service-based business owners who want more freedom without sacrificing the client experience.

You didn't start your business to spend your days chasing appointments, answering the same questions, remembering every follow-up, and worrying about what might be slipping through the cracks.

You started because you love serving people.

But somewhere along the way, you became the system that keeps everything running.

When you're the one responsible for every message, every reminder, every cancellation, every review request, and every returning client, your business can begin to depend on your memory, your availability, and your energy.

That's exhausting. And it isn't sustainable.

In this practical live workshop, you'll discover how to identify the areas of your business that depend too heavily on you—and learn how thoughtful systems and practical AI can help create more freedom, better client experiences, and sustainable growth without losing the personal touch your clients value.

This isn't about replacing relationships with technology. It's about protecting the woman behind the business.

  • You feel like your business cannot function without you.
  • You're constantly remembering, reminding, and following up with clients.
  • You know opportunities are slipping through the cracks because you're doing everything yourself.
  • You're tired of feeling like your workday never really ends.
  • You want practical systems that support your business without making it feel robotic or impersonal.

If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Not Just Another Webinar

A Live Interactive Exercise

This isn't just another webinar where you take notes.

During the workshop, you'll participate in a live guided exercise using ChatGPT or Claude to evaluate your own business. Together, you'll identify which responsibilities:

  • 1 Only you should perform
  • 2 Can become repeatable processes
  • 3 Could be automated or delegated
  • 4 May not need to be done at all

By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer picture of where your time and energy are going—and where your business could begin supporting you instead of depending on you.

You'll Also Be Introduced To

The Outpour Index

A business capacity and client experience assessment designed to help women service-based business owners discover where their business is:

SupportedRepeatable processes are in place.
StrainedSome systems exist, but you're still catching most problems manually.
Owner-DependentYour business slows down whenever you do.

You'll leave with greater clarity about which area deserves your attention first—and what your next best step may be.
